Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin composed of compounds called
tocopherols. Of the eight tocopherols
alpha, beta, gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, eta
and theta. Alph-tocopherol is the most effective.
Vitamin E is an active antioxidant,
and aids in the prevention of oxidation of fat compounds as well as
that of Vitamin A, selenium, two sulfur amino acids and vitamin C. Important as a vasodilator
and as anticoagulant.
Vitamin E aids in keeping you
