Vitamin B5 also know as Pantothenic acid (Calcium
pantothenate), Pantethine or commonly called "anti-stress-vitamin".
Pantothenic acid is a water soluble vitamin, that is a
member of the B-Complex family. Vitamin B5 plays an important
part in the production of hormones by supporting the adrenal gland.
These hormones assist in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and

Vitamin B5 Deficiency can produce symptoms like fatigue,
insomnia, depression, irritability, vomiting, stomach pains, burning
feet, upper respiratory infections, headaches, nausea, tingling in the
